１．本規約が適用されるモデルについて
●当方より配布の改造モデルが対象となります。但し、Readmeや配布ページにオンライン利用規約の対象外と明記されているものは除きます。

●本規約は適用対象モデル共通の利用規約ですが、個別のモデルについて別規定を設ける必要がある場合は、特別な利用条件を別途定め、本ページ内にリンクを掲載します。

●各モデルには引き続き、利用規約を含むReadmeを添付します。配布中のモデルには最新の利用規約が記されたReadmeを添付するようにしますが、おもにモデルの更新に合わせて添付文書を差し替えますので、時期によっては改定前のままになっていることがあります。
お手数をおかけしますが、モデルを使用される前にオンライン利用規約をご確認くださいますようお願い申し上げます。
なお、内容に矛盾が生じた場合の優先度は、

●このデータにおける動画や静画等への利用を目的とした改造は問題ありません。但し、素体化および性的な表現を主たる目的とした改造はご遠慮ください。
Editing this data for the use to create your videos and pictures is allowed.
However, please refrain from editing this model into body models and/or editing this model for sexual expression.
●いわゆるリッピングデータや、改造や流用が禁止されているデータを使用して本モデルを改造しないでください。
Do not incorporate unauthorized data with this model data.
Unauthorized data are so-called ripping data and data for which editing is prohibited by each copyright holder.
●このデータの改造や調整は良識の範囲内で行ってください。
If you edit this data, you must do within the confines of good sense.

●本アーカイブファイル内の全てのオリジナルデータの再配布を禁止します。
Re-distributing all original data in this archive file is forbidden.
●本モデルデータの再配布 (個人や団体による共有、トレード、および譲渡を含む) は、改造の有無にかかわらず禁止します。
Re-distributing this model data is prohibited in all cases, including the sharing, trade, and transfer by individuals and/or groups, regardless of its being remodeled or not.
●共同制作の作品を完成させるために、第三者が入手できない方法によりその制作者間で本モデルデータの必要最低限の授受を行うことは、その作品の制作期間中に限り可とします。
In order to complete the collaboration works, you may exchange this model data between the authors with a necessary minimum range during the creation period.

禁止事項

●本モデルデータの使用によって生じた問題 (損害や損失など全て) について、本モデルの制作者は一切責任を負いかねますので、自己責任でお願いします。
The creators of this model shall not be liable or responsible for any damage caused by the use of this data. Use at your own risk.
●著しく公序良俗に反する使用は禁止します。特に、過度にわいせつ (エロ) ならびにグロテスクな表現はおやめください。
Do not use this data, contrary to public order or morality. Especially, an excessively obscene and/or grotesque expression by using this model data is prohibited.
※性的行為を描写または連想させるもの、全裸または全裸に近い状態での使用、ならびに大量出血や切断、内臓露出など重篤な身体の損傷を伴う使用はご遠慮ください。
Please refrain from depicting sexual acts and/or serious injuries such as massive bleeding, cutting off an body, and revealing internal organs, with using this model.
In addition, refrain from using this model in naked state.
※R-18に該当する作品 (R18+、NC-17、カテゴリⅢ、R/Aなど、同じレイティングの作品を含む) で本モデルを使用することは禁止されています。
It is forbidden to use this model in R-18 works including same rating works such as R18+, NC-17, Category Ⅲ, R/A, etc.
●政治、宗教、特定思想の宣伝、誹謗中傷のために本モデルを使用することは、例外なく禁止します。
Using this model for politics, religion, all kinds of propaganda, slander, and/or libel is prohibited without exception.
●利益の有無にかかわらず、商用利用はできません。
Commercial use is NOT allowed, regardless of whether you get a profit or not.
●このデータの金銭の授受を伴なう使用は、いかなる場合においても禁止します。
Any use of this model data that includes monetary payment is strictly forbidden.
●このデータの使用は、MikuMikuDance (MMD) と後続のMMD関連ソフトウェアでのみ許可されます。
It is allowed to use this data only with MikuMikuDance and the subsequent MMD related software.
※MMD関連ソフトウェアとは、MikuMikuMoving、MMDAI/VPVM、nanoem、PMD/PMX Editor、およびそれらの後継ソフトを指します。
The MMD related software is MikuMikuMoving, MMDAI/VPVM, nanoem, PMD/PMX Editor, and their successor software.
●作品の制作過程において一時的に、メタセコイアなどのモデリングソフトでこのデータを使用してもかまいません。但し、最終的なモデルの使用形態は、PMDまたはPMXファイルとします。
You may temporarily use this data with the modeling software, such as Metasequoia, in the creating process of your works.
However, the final model format has to be PMD or PMX file.
●本モデルを使用した作品の出力は、動画と静止画像でのみ許可されます。
Output of the works in which this model is used is allowed only in video and still-image.
●改造の有無にかかわらず、ニコニ立体や3Dモバイルアプリケーションなどの3Dデータを扱うウェブサイトに、本モデルデータを投稿しないでください。
Do not post this model data on the websites which they are for handling 3D data, such as Niconi Solid and 3D mobile applications, in all cases.
●本モデルの制作者であると詐称することはおやめください。
Do NOT pretend that you are the creator of this model data.
●パスワードおよびそれに準ずるものを第三者に開示しないでください。
Every password is confidential. Do not disclose it to anyone.
●この規約は予告なく改定されることがあります。また、利用規約に更新があった場合は、常に最新の内容が優先して適用されます。
This terms of use is subject to change without prior notice. The most recent version shall take precedence if any conflicts should arise.
●このデータは、権利者様から削除を要請された場合等により、予告なく配布を終了したりデータの使用禁止などの対処を行う場合があります。
If the original author or the each copyright holder requests to remove this data, or if Goma-bou D. deems it necessary, Goma-bou D. may end the distribution of this data, may forbid using this data, and may take other necessary actions without prior notice.

It is NOT allowed to use this model data in services, software, or the other format that are not stipulated in this terms of use.
